Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT)
This type of therapy can help with moderate to severe depression and anxiety states. CBT is based on the idea that thoughts, feelings actions are connected. CBT helps you notice and challenge thoughts or behaviours and to help you feel better.
Interpersonal therapy
This type of therapy looks at the links between your symptoms and your relationships
Psychodynamic /Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy
This type of therapy looks at childhood experiences and thoughts you’re not aware of (the unconscious) affect thinking, feelings and relationships
Couple therapy
This therapy is to help couples work on their interpersonal issues in a safe and contained therapy situation
Humanistic therapy
This therapy helps individuals reach their full potential in the therapy work
Integrative therapy
Combining elements of many modalities of therapy.
